Meet Michael Baglieri, aka Juice Daddy,

Originally born in Brooklyn New York, Michael has always been drawn to the Restaurant Industry.  He began his career at Chipotle Mexican Grill in 2001 as a Restaurant Manager.  He went on to open the New York City market where he became a multi-unit manager at 25 years old.  He assumed leadership of two high growth markets, New York 2005 and Boston 2006.  His operations systems were considered the most innovative in the company and became the cornerstone for Chipotle’s post IPO objectives of Throughput and People Development.

In 2008, Michael left Chipotle and began working with two starts up restaurant groups simultaneously, The Pump Energy Food in New York City and Chilango Mexican Kitchen in London.  At The Pump Energy Food, Michael developed an all-natural juice line with a focus on healthfulness for retail sale.  In 2010, Michael moved to London full time to direct the company’s operations and thereafter guided the Brand to winning No. 1 Mexican Restaurant & No. 1 Best Buy in ZAGAT Restaurant Guide for 2011 and again in 2012.
